Welcome to Morbid North

My name is Dan MacDonald. My artist name is Morbid North. I am a songwriter and professional musician from Simcoe, Ontario, Canada. I have played professionally for over thirty years in various genres. My music is a blend of Hard Rock, Nu Metal and some surprises. 

My Musical Journey

As a third generation professional musician I had the opportunity to start performing on stage when I was seven years old and was playing professionally by the time I was fifteen. I have toured with many different bands in several genres and I try to add some of these various styles into my writing.

Songwriting

I write all of my own music and lyrics (no AI). I play all of the instruments and vocals as well as all of the recording and production.
